Product Manager

Role purpose: To conceptualize, develop and implement strategy to drive quality subscriber growth through acquisition products and services, in the respective segment. Whilst complying with the agreed norms and timelines.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Responsible for developing the marketing strategy and overall proposition and services (on network and off network) to increase subscriber market share and acquisition revenue for all sub-segments through higher subscriptions, better quality and higher value.

- Market intelligence & analysis to pre-empt and counter competitive moves

- Stage Gate approvals and Business Case development for propositions under development

- Identify existing assets across the organization. Evaluate and Evolve them to suit specific need gap areas identified for segment consumers

- Identify sub-segments and consumer needs to pick up evolving consumer behaviour trends and identify new channels and ways to create programs for better customer acquisition

- Ensure timely roll out of the identified programs/processes at circles. Monitor & course correct programs rolled out as and when required

- Work closely with Brand communication and media team to develop the communication strategy and design across various mediums

- Evaluating the success launched propositions via constant engagement with consumers and tracking key success metrics

- Work with other product teams to influence development for the identified TG.
