Job Description :
- Ensuring growth in new Post paid customer acquisition & postpaid top-line revenue through leveraging the existing or launching new products, process & channel intervention.
- Developing insights to fill-in existing gaps by launching new products & improvising existing processes.
- Liaising with cross-functional teams to achieve the Product KPIs.
- Track different business health parameters of Tertiary, Usage, Access Fees, Airtime Revenue, Unique Users and ZMUs, Grace & Churn, BC Penetration for both prepaid and post-paid on a regular basis and assist in presentation of marketing reviews.
- Transformation of data into tactical and strategic business intelligence in the form of reports and Presentations.
- Identify target customer base for different promotional offers, tracking segment wise. Product/Promo Performance on regular basis.
- Retain maximum subscribers to lead to healthier additions.
- Identify data integrity issues in systems, work with IT and business partners to recommend and implement reporting solutions.
- Conduct analysis of generated reports in order to identify a pattern formation.
