Position: Product Manager (Female Candidates)

Qualification: MBA (2012-13 Pass out from Premier B School)
Exp: 2 to 4 years
Age: Less than 28 years
CTC: 10 - 14 lacs.
- Pure Marketing Communication / Branding Experience will not be Suitable / relevant.
Job Description:
- Revenue Planning & Proposition Development:
- New Product development & Management
- Conduct regular analysis as well as ad-hoc analysis related to both Prepaid and Post Paid business health & U&R.
- Conceptualize, design & develop segmented Promo Campaigns.
- Coordinate across different departments to ensure proper executive of Promo Campaigns.
Revenue & Usage Enhancement:
- Ensure delivery of Targeted revenue for Year 14-15 as per DB Budget.
- Ensure Zero MOU Subs below 10% for Prepaid and 5% for Postpaid
- Monitor usage trends for Subs and identify area of improvement.
- Execute usage and revenue enhancing promotions
- Ensure bonus card penetration to desired levels.
MIS and Data Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of different MIS reports to identify trends.
- Undertake value and behavioral segmentation to drive U&R strategies for both prepaid and postpaid business more effectively.
Grace & Churn Management:
- Minimize Grace & Churn through design and deployment of appropriate grace management & retention strategies for both prepaid and postpaid business
Cross team coordination:
- Co ordinate across functions for approval and execution of promotional Campaigns.
- Coordinate with central marketing team for different reporting purposes and approval of usage / revenue enhancing promotions.
Typical Output:
- Conduct regular analysis of different MIS reports to identify trends related to both prepaid and post-paid business health and U&R
- Ensuring delivery of budgeted revenue targets for the circle.
- Undertake value & behavioral segmentation to drive U&R strategies for the business more effectively
- Regularly monitor usage trends both in prepaid and post-paid customer base in order to identify areas of improvement and enhancing revenue.
- Track pseudo subscribers and ensure that these remain below specified percentage levels of the active base.
- Launch various usage and revenue enhancement promotions resulting in increase of usage and revenue.
Personal Specifications:
- Minimum 3-6 years experience in telecom
- Ability to work under pressure and a focus for achieving targets
- Analytically sound and ability for data crunching
- An eye for detail and ability to translate observations into presentations
- A creative mindset and an ability to work around obstacles
- Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
- Good communication skills and team working ability
- A Qualified MBA (2012-13 Pass out from Premier B Schools)
- U&R/Product Marketing Experience
