4. Knows the art of communicating without communicating

5. Organizer of events/programs/campaigns/plans

6. Understands the psyche of people

7. Knows why people do what they do

8. Must have read Maugham, Dickens, O Henry, Grisham, Jeeves…. and Shakespeare for added comfort

9. Be able to establish cost-benefit, find ways to communicate and then communicate the same

10. Sticks to people like barnacles or better…. makes people stick like barnacles
