Product Manager - Tech Banking

Role: Product Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description

- 6-8 years of experience in Banking domain or experience in other banking products like Flexcube or Finnacle or similar-

- Experience of at least 2 lifecycle implementations of Core banking platforms covering requirements gathering, UAT and implementation support -

- Delivery experience or product development experience in Payments is preferred - Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results -

- Developing product documentation, user stories and other relevant material required. 

- Business rationale for enhancement and expansion of different product features and functionalities 

- Experience in working in non-traditional financial services space

- Product Vision and Direction - Drive cross-functional teams around product vision  

- Create independent product roadmap to target banking customers 

- Develop core LMS enhancements, hands on development as well as delivery of regular features
