Job Description - Reporting to the BU Head, you will be responsible for:
- Developing the strategic marketing plan for surgical devices in North India, under the guidance of the Marketing manager.
- Providing training and support to the sales teams.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the key accounts and provide assistance w.r.t the products.
- Being the key driver in the planning for launch of products in the region.
- Ensuring that all the business activities comply with the relevant Laws and corporate & ethical standards.
- Liasoning with the regional and area sales managers to ensure that there is a continuous understanding of the products, marketing opportunities and restrictions.
- Maintaining and developing a high level of product and market knowledge through interactions with the surgeons, educational trainings and reading relevant publications.
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from a Tier-1 B School with 3-7 years of post MBA experience working in the healthcare industry. You have good communication and relationship building skills. You will also have experience with handling KOLs for OTs.
