Product Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics Domain - eCommerce

Responsibilities :

- Build & own long term vision, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market & domain research, GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight

- Work with a team of Engineers, Designers & Analysts to help build the Logistics platform from scratch

- Collaborate with other product teams & Businesses to drive the product roadmap and build consensus across the org

- Influence business stakeholders to drive change management in the organization for product/tech adoption on the ground.

- Own end-to-end key product metrics across the fulfillment value chain

- Responsible for building and scaling the entire supply chain

- You will be accountable for the business goal around buyer experience, speed, cost, and reliability of this system.

- It will also include building the supply chain from sourcing locations that can be directly from farmers to supplying the entire country from large central warehouses.

- Responsibilities will include optimizing the entire warehousing operations to focus on minimizing wastage, efficient storage, and speedy picking and dispatch.

- It includes last-mile delivery goals, like optimizing cost per kilo, and also provides an excellent buying experience at the time of delivery

- Building the supply chain from sourcing locations that can be directly from farmers to supplying the entire country from large central warehouses.

What are we looking for:

- Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in Product Management management experience in internet startups/ supply chain organization/ SaaS products or e-commerce; B2B/ B2B2C experience preferred

- Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferred

- Strong preference (though not mandatory) for folks with Product management or Startup experience in the Fulfilment/Logistics, e-commerce, and offline retail space.

- Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on with a strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others

- Ability to infuse execution, milestone focused

- Ability to lead a high performing team of PMs

- You have demonstrated experience in working across multiple products, various stakeholders and exerted a high degree of influence across several teams/functions leading to successful outcomes.
