- Understanding the consumer, mining insights from data and translating them into business opportunities.
- Developing strategies for the product (portfolio of courses).
- Actively work with the marketing communication team to track and ensure effectiveness of campaigns/properties.
- Responsible for meeting that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the product.
Budget and Revenue Planning
- Forecast product demands and trends
- Track and manage budget
- Balancing projected forecasts and actual sales, identify gaps and implement action plans
- Build category as a strong revenue and profitable business
- Create clear differentiation for ongoing growth
- Sound understanding of competitors, their product positioning, pricing and promotional activities, market intelligence
Product Management
- Responsible for product design, packaging, pricing,& communication.
- Research and analyse data and market insights
- Work with consumers, Academic team, Product Tech team to identify new ways of expanding product categories
Marketing
- Sound understanding of competitors, their product positioning, pricing and promotional activities
- Build Customer stickiness and revenue build up over time by ensuring cross sell / upsell and repeat purchase / renewal
- Collaborate with communication team
Ideal Candidate
- 5-6 Years of Product Management Experience from E Com, FMCG, Telecom (Post paid)
- Exposure to technology, digital customer journey, digital product management
- IIMs/MDI/XLRI
