Product Manager - Startup

Qualification Reqd : B.E / B.Tech + MBA

Job Responsibilities :

- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner certification.

- Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, right from idea generation, research, development, and analysis to go live.

- Conducting Market Research. Determines customers needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

- Create product requirements document (PRD), user flow diagrams and product flows.

- Evaluating Product Requirements and defining product specifications like details to be captured for End to End Customer Journey life cycle.

- P&L responsibility of the product.

- Keeping a track of competition in the market and sharing competition analysis quarterly.

- Incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap.

- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements like different product lines to be introduced

- Analyze preferences and requests of end-users.

- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.

- Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses, answering questions and requests.

- Writing acceptance tests.

- Refine the agile methodology based on results and client feedback.

- Working together with UI/UX team to create/improve the product.

- Evaluate & research on future and existing features.

- Identify key parameters to be captured using in-app analytics, thus understanding the user behaviour and targeting accordingly.
