1. Responsible for managing the product throughout the product lifecycle in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Owns the product strategy, roadmap, and feature set definition for assigned product.
2. Work with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams like marketing, business units, technology to plan out and implement tasks/strategic initiatives that will increase the yield
3. Come up with Requirements Definition: Produce high-quality BRDs and effectively prioritize the scope of each product release and deliver them on time without cost overruns. Work closely with the engineering team in providing and communicating requirements
4. Product Roll-out: Plan and implement go-to-market plans for new feature launches. Monitor KPIs to ensure product performance and continuously lookout for ways to improve the product
5. Continuous tracking and improvement: Actively gather feedback, track usage, performance etc. for all the products and incorporate any improvements into future releases.
Basic Qualifications:
- MBA from a premier institute with 4+ years of product management experience online product management experience preferred
- Track-record of translating customer needs into business/product requirements.
- Passionate about customer experience/UX
- Enjoys working in a start-up environment
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of the product.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
