- Brand Equity (Through Strategy): Helps Sales Team Build Brands In The Market Through Innovative Strategies
- Brand Budget Achievement within Allocated Resources: Maintaining Brand Budget Ratios
- Giving Inputs Timely: Ensure All Inputs Reach Field in Time
- Promo. Materials at Scheduled Intervals (As Decided): Preparation of Promo. Materials as Per Schedule - Once In Three Months
- Campaign Activities: Prepare Brand Related Activities From Time To Time
- Monitor Input vs. Output Analysis: Analyze Input vs. Output Ratio Brand wise, Take Corrective Actions at H.O. To Achieve Both Bottom & Top Line, Also Alert Field For Their Effective Role In Achieving The Same
- Doctor-Brand Matrix: Guidance For Field To Finalize Product-Prospect Matching
- Field Understands Strategies: Brief the Field So That They Understand Strategies Clearly For Effective Implementation
- Feedback: Get Feedback from Time To Time & Take Corrective Actions
- Effective Implementation: Prepare Strategies to be implemented
- Training Of Field On Science & Skills: Train The Field So That They Are Ready For The Shoot
- New Products Suggestion: Suggesting New Products From Time To Time
- Keeping Abreast Of Newer Developments In Market: Continuous Reading To Know About Latest Developments In Market
- Coordinate With Art Dept: Brief Art Dept. The Concept and Give Appealing Visual Presentation for Each Brand.
