Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Define marketing plan and implement Strategies to achieve the business objectives.
- Define targeted business group and focus on the right portfolio mix.
- Identify new opportunities for the existing portfolio
- Work closely with the sales team to provide the right support and insights needed to achieve the sales targets.
- Drive and implement the Innovation strategy
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Team and Operations
- Lead Market Research projects
- Analyse the results and define concrete actions
- Lead the development of plans and aligning with Management
- Analyse the market share of the portfolio and develop future plans
- Involve key stakeholders to identify and anticipate market trends
- Develop activities to regularly benchmark with key competitors
- Conduct, analyse and consolidate studies of target market to understand their expectations
- Study the target, observe, get to know the target
- Collect insights to define potential business drivers
- Begin to evaluate and implement new business models
- Manage the development of a fully integrated marketing approach for their brands
- Evaluate overall business impact of new initiatives.
Desired Candidate should be having experience in super Specialty division or Pediatric division.
