Job Location: Gurgaon
Job Objective:
The Company works in the Digital-lending space offering various credit products to the unbanked population. This role will primary be responsible for building and delivering solutions to the Company's partners on its Core platform
Job Responsibilities :
- Understanding of the Customers in each market, their needs and other information which will drive product solutioning
- Support Sales team in creating product collaterals, product pitches
- Presales support
- Support in responding to RFPs
- Create Product Solution based on RFPs or client requirements
- Create BRDs for solutions
- Perform UAT & support Delivery team in product launches
- Develop a strong understanding of in-country context, user needs, and competitive landscape across multiple geographies
Desired Candidate Profile:
Work Experience: 6- 10 years' experience, with 2+ years in Lending or payment solution
Core Skills :
- Experience in B2B SAAS products will be a plus
- Proficient with the latest methods of product discovery and development
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert it into a proper product concept and create a solution
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive critical results
- Ability to design simple and intuitive user interfaces
- Drive technical teams to deliver desired elements to support business
- Appreciation of UI/UX design principles will be an advantage
- Ability to understand and develop multiple levers across customer lifecycle for Lifecycle management.

- Business rationale for enhancement and expansion of different product features and functionalities
