Product Manager - Social Media Startup - IIT/IIM

We are currently hiring for Product Manager role for a Social Media Startup company.

Location: Mumbai (Work from home for now)

Job Description:

1. Successfully launched and scaled an innovative product

2. Innovative and first principle thinker, driven to achieve - moon-shot-goals

3. Extremely loyal advocate and practitioner of agile methodology, proficient in JIRA and allied tools

4. Ability to translate broader vision to detailed product features that help deliver core value and scale

5. Build and prioritize the product backlog and align all stakeholders with strong cross-functional collaboration

6. Big on - dog-fooding, should have deep experience (as a user) and understanding of social media platforms

7. Data driven decision making is a must, should be able to define, measure and improve key product objectives

8. Excellent knowledge of UX practices and experience in running design sprints

9. Preferably IIT and/or IIM
