Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a data-driven product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user priorities.
- Manage the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
- Communicate the product vision and strategy effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Track progress and measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
- Track product adoption and growth metrics, and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Proactively research and identify emerging trends in the industry and competitive landscape
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven success in driving product growth in a startup or fast paced environment.
- Strong understanding of software(design / engineering) or SaaS products, programming experience is a must.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into user-centric product requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (pref with engineering teams), with the ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
- Growth mindset and a passion for building innovative products.
