Growth Source is a recently established new age financial institution registered with RBI as a Non-Deposit taking NBFC - strongly backed by established investors. We aim to operate in the SME lending space to fuel India's economic growth with aim to build a financial services platform with USD 2bn+ in AUM over 5 years. The founders and partners have been industry leaders in their practice and are very well renowned globally in Financial Services space. Based out of BKC (Mumbai), Growth Source has built a strong core team and is preparing for launch across India.

Products to Manage:
LAP, SME, BL, Education & Healthcare Finance, Supply Chain, FI Funding, Professional Loans
Level: Senior Manager/ AVP/ VP depending on current designation of candidate
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the development, design and delivery of Growth Source Strategy (across People, Process, Product & Customer Service) and effectively communicate to employees, customers and business partners
- Work on special initiatives & projects bringing together teams and capabilities and closely work with key stakeholders within the wider Digital, IT, Project, Sales & Marketing, Policy & Risk, Operations, Compliance teams
- Responsible for lifecycle performance of core and attached (fee-income) products in SME: Conception, Definition, Distribution & Services, Profitability and Evolution
- Ensure product offerings are differentiated, competitive, compelling and customer-centric
- Monitoring of policy and underwriting strategy for effective product delivery
- Executing/ implementing outputs/ recommendations from analytics framework identifying early warning signals, credit& risk process changes, customer profile or demographic or geographic risk factors, portfolio risk forecasting
- Ensure adequate fee income or cross selling is done with existing portfolio to reduce COA and increase ROE on products

Knowledge/ Skill/ Experience:
- Post Graduate/ MBA from premier institute (Tier-1 preferred) with 3-7 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge & experience of multiple retail lending products preferably secured in MSME space for > 3 years
- Experience in product life cycle management and new product development for > 1.5 years
- Highly proficient in Excel/ Pivot Tables/ Modelling and Presentations
- Strong analytical skills in conducting sophisticated analysis primary & secondary data to solve business problems
- Flexibility in approach and thought process
- Strong geographic & market knowledge across Pan-India
- Strong Communication & Content writing skills
