Candidate Profile

Age: 27 - 33 yrs

Education: Min MBA in Marketing or Finance (Top 20 Colleges only)

Minimum Work Experience: 3-4 years in SME Product in NBFC or Banks / Fintech only

Excellent skills in MS Office especially excel, analytics, presentation and a marketing sense

Ability to multi task and engage with multiple stakeholders

Good sense of humour

Job Brief in Detail :

This is a product leader role, pivotal as the product custodian of SME Lending.

The position carries the overall responsibility of product development, streamlining workflows, design and execute digitization projects, competitor benchmarking and adopting best strategies, MIS Analytics, support branch expansion plans, build training manuals, operating manuals for the unit, track branch level performance and spearhead a surveillance team, besides undertaking ad-hoc projects as may be required by the SME business unit.
