Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Retention Only
- Defining requirements for digital product inline with business goals w.r.t. customer retention, improving cohorts and customer lifetime value.
- Prepare, maintain, and evangelize the product & features roadmap for short and long-term releases, based on business opportunities and market research.
- Work with cross-functional product teams to accomplish product objectives, overseeing timelines and meeting deadlines for product releases.
- Lead customer interactions, interviews, and surveys to generate deeper insights into our audience and the market.
- Responsible for product launch and release plans. Coordinates internal and external product launches working with Marketing Support and Training teams.
- Collaborate with technology to create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet business needs and leverage opportunities. (e.g., Buy/Build decisions)
- Monitor and analyze new technologies and inform the team of their potential applications to our business. Conduct and lead forward looking research studies.
- Create and maintain profit and loss documentation for products and services.
- Act as liaison between Marketing, Technology, and Customer Experience teams to support product positioning and customer demand as part of new product development.
