Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Marketplace Team - IIM/FMS/XLRI/SPJIMR

The Marketplace team at the firm is responsible for ensuring best-in-class experience for their customers & partners. The team looks after following capabilities:

- As a Product Manager in this team, you will focus on high-investment, high-impact projects that intersect with the most critical functions in the organisation. You will work on problem statements across business areas: from ensuring 99% safety on jobs, increasing NPS by structural changes, solving customer pain points in the product journey and creating delight and so on. The team will work on problems in India, as well as international markets (Australia, Singapore, UAE).

- You will play a critical role in every aspect of the product development process - from figuring out the next big innovation that will improve the service experience of our customers and partners, to working closely with engineers and designers to implement such features.

- Your work will push you to be highly creative, have principled thinking, be extremely data friendly, manage work in a fast growing and chaotic environment and have a high-quality bar.

Requirements to apply:

- Minimum 3 years of work experience for PM and 4+ years for SPM.

- Experience in e-commerce /top-tier consulting will be a strong plus

- Strong Business acumen and problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated leadership which enabled business results

- Go-getter attitude and willingness to be hands-on

- Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
