In this role, you have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute strategy for a product. Manage mid/high complexity product independently with limited manager support
Responsibilities will include:
Functional Expertise:
1. Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company vision and objectives
2. Identifies and solves problems at the functional level while influencing beyond own area of control.
3. Drives process improvements at product level
4. Ensure successful product launches and high adoption rates.
Problem Solving:
1. Display Customer centric mindset
2. Is able to understand customer problems and develop innovative solutions
3. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
4. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, working with all departments to execute
5. Track product performance using relevant KPIs. Analyze product usage data to drive product improvements
Interaction:
1. Manage simple stakeholder relationships with support from manager
2. Awareness of overall business context
3. Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
4. Act as a mentor for APM/Product Managers
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales, to guide products from conception to launch

Qualification & Experience (type & industry):
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent Degree. MBA is good to have
- 4-6+ Yrs of experience
- At least 4 years of experience in product management, with a substantial focus on consumer or loyalty products.
- Proven expertise in developing mobile and web applications.
Skills & know-how - Excellent organization skills, ability to lead multiple projects and handle contending priorities, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment
- Technically minded and basic understanding on Agile development, web & app technologies
- Product Management experience desired, ideally in Fintech space
- Past success delivering high quality products in a complex environment
- Deep understanding of financial systems, lending processes, and payment platforms is preferred.
