KRA's:
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, roadmap execution, customer needs, and requirement/use case definition with a focus on streamlining the user onboarding.
- Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes.
- Ability to write detailed product specs/user stories.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience (B2B and B2C), identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow revenue and improve customer experience.
- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
- Support Product development with data and help in making product decisions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance resources to ensure the entire organization's success.
- Will need to work in tandem with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure increased website traffic, leads, and app downloads.
Skills and Qualifications Desired:
- Must have min 2-4 Years of Proven relevant experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
- Prior experience in B2C app-based companies with a proven track record
- Experience in driving metrics like MAU, DAU, Page views, App Downloads,
- Experience in working on and integrating third-party marketing tools like AdWords, Clevertap, Branch, WhatsApp, etc. will be beneficial.
- Should be able to identify improvement points in the existing platform/user experience and work to execute the improvements
- Highly effective cross-functional team management.
- Good writing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of current market prevalent technologies is a big plus.
- Basic design skills.
