We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to create impactful products that solve customer problems and drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a passion for building data-driven products, a user-centric mindset, and a strong ability to collaborate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to

identify product opportunities.

Product Development & Execution:

- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other teams to translate product ideas into detailed requirements.

- Prioritize features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and user needs.

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Customer & Market Insights:

- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration.

- Work with Engineering to ensure technical feasibility and smooth execution.

- Align with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

- Bachelors degree. Masters degree is a plus

Experience:

- 2 to 10 years of experience in Product Management or related roles (Business Analysis, UX, Strategy).

- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, or other technology-driven industries is preferred.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience in writing user stories, PRDs, and working with wireframes/prototypes.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
