Key Result Areas :
- Developing new product, identifying gaps and managing the existing products
- Managing product/ process for online acquisition channel
- Managing in-life product performance: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive analysis using company data.
- Managing the SA Balance Sheet and Liabilities Fee Income
- Identifying and presenting innovative and creative product solutions.
- Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.
- Identifying the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.
- Conduct feasibility analysis for new product launch.
- Liaison with various stake holders in the bank for approvals and successful product launch
- Studying the marketing concepts for developing new products. Conducting customer survey and making strategies basis the same
- Involving in Campaign & Lead Management to grow the book size and customer base
Preferred Skills & Qualifications :
- Prior exposure to customer life-cycle management or Product management in Financial companies
- Candidates with Prior Exposure of Implementing Unica Campaign management tools & have also worked on them from a Business side in a Banking environment a huge Plus
- MBA, Engineering / Economics / Maths / Statistics degree desirable
- Marketing, MR, Quantitative skills required
- Ability to Work/Negotiate with Senior Business leaders.
- Comfortable with technology
- Excel / Power Point / Database
