Job Description -
- Integrates individual territory plans and account profiles into a broader regional sales plan and coaches sales team accordingly, in consultation with the Division Head
- Maintains contact with major accounts and key relationships seeking to leverage profitable business ventures
- Assist key customers in the creation, maintenance, expansion and startup of divisionally related educational courses and forums
- Attend and participate in customer, company and industry sponsored forums and courses
- Ability to lead and work with others who are different than themselves (Cultural sensitivity in an international environment) Results oriented. Able to work independently and take responsibility for actions. Self-motivated Motivating and inspiring others. Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent. Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload. Sense of initiative. Creativity
The Successful Candidate - The ideal candidate will be someone who comes with a strong experience of more that 10 years in the sales and business developments of ultrasound devices. He should have personally developed and managed key accounts across West. Self motivation to build up a business from scratch and a strong understanding of the present market scenario of the ultrasound products is a must. A strong track record of high performance delivered and a strive to achieve excellence would be preferred. Excellent communication and relationship building skills would be desirable.
