Client:Large Private Bank and Financial Services Group.

Only Mumbai Candidates with relevant product sales experience to apply.
To develop quality Priority Sector Lending portfolio & achievement of PSL targets with close association with wholesale banking team. Will be responsible for appropriate product structuring in line with regulatory guidelines.
Product RM- Priority Sector Lending would handle responsibility of all WBG Verticals i.e. CCG, LC, MM, PSU, MNC, BFIG, CLB, CRE teams is Western region and would play an active role in building PSL portfolio along with Relationship Team.
Job Role:
Identifying/Scoping and converting various PSL opportunities in respective assigned Wholesale Bank verticals i.e. CCG, LC, MM, PSU, MNC, BFIG, CLB, CRE teams in respective region alongwith Relationship Team
- Work closely with the teams of respective verticals to devise strategies for achieving PSL targets.
Providing regular inputs to the Business Teams on product and best practices prevalent in the market for smooth as well as prompt conversion
Structuring new PSL products, getting the requisite product/compliance/legal approvals and designing operational framework for execution of the same
Identifying new clients/transactions in market and converting these fresh opportunities alongwith Relationship teams
Liasioning with support functions i.e. Compliance, Legal, Credit, Risk, Fincon etc to ensure adherence to Regulatory guidelines
Job Requirement
- Self-driven and motivated, good -verbal and written communication skills
- Total work ex of about 5-7 years.
- Understanding of regulatory circulars and basic banking (specially asset) products
- Past experience in handling responsibility associated with Agri Lending/Priority Sector Lending would be given preference
- Market Intelligence of best practices, products and processes
