What You Will Be Doing:

As a Product Manager, you will lead the company vision and execution:

- You will draft the strategic vision leading to the creation of short and long me frame product roadmaps.

- You will partner with engineering in developing the product.

- You will evangelize the product and the strategic vision with customers and stakeholders.

- You will be the driver of customer centricity ensuring that the customer is by your proxy, a part of every mee ng, every brainstorming session related to the product.

- You will drive product success be accountable for se ng both longand short-term goals and delivering on them within estimated budget, se ng and monitoring OKR's.

- You will innovate with data leverage data and analytics to define feature success, do competitive analysis and benchmark performance.

- You will drive customer validation lead feature discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypothesis and concepts with customers before committing engineering resources.

- You will drive collaborate on key orchestrator across engineering, sales, marketing and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

- Requires 5+ years product management experience in B2B SAAS product, with a preference for UEM, MDM or compliance management experience.

- Proven track record of developing and growing new businesses and revenue growth.

- Vision & Leadership deep customer empathy and insights drive your roadmap thinking and allow you to influence execuves and customers to follow your vision.

- Persistence you thrive in complexity and work your way through complex problems to drive clarity for your partners and teams.

- Passion a belief your work matters, your perspective matters.

- Expertise you will be the subject matter expert of device management and compliance landscape.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Direct experience within a leading device, identity or security solution provider.

- Thorough understanding of device management, endpoint protection or cloud security markets (MDM, UEM, XDR, EDR, SEIM, CASB, SASE / Zero Trust).

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering.

- MBA is a plus.

- Work from Office HBR Layout, Bangalore.
