Job Description
- Program manage all liability and third party products deployment and business through rural branch network
- Be the person responsible to customize the liability offering in rural markets based on ground feedback and market potential
- Manage a team of 2 to 3 Program Managers
- Oversee product life cycle
Customer segmentation and assessment of their needs
Drive adoption and penetration of existing products through deepening of existing markets
Ensure training and understanding of the product by sales force across the country
Be the Single point of contact for any queries that branch staff may have regarding liability and third party products -
- Product Management: Overseeing and guiding team on developing on - going market insight, identify sector trends. Evaluate competitors and offerings. Compare competitive products. Configure product SWOT & uncover opportunities.
- Process Streamlining: Customization/digitalization in the process
- Product Sales Support: Devising training module, imparting training to various team co-ordination with various support vertical etc.
- Stakeholders - ops, tech, risk, compliance, legal, Operational Risk
- Regulatory compliance adherence and advisory at all times
Key Skills:
- In depth understanding of Liabilities Products; preference to candidates to understand Rural Market nuances of Liabilities
- Team management and people orientation
