Establishing and maintaining relationships with Life Insurer

Handling the Product penetration

Rolling out monthly and quarterly R&R contest for the sales teams

Serving as inter-disciplinary and bridging gaps between the teams.

Maintaining proper follow up and assisting the sales team to enhance and increase sales.

Interacting with operations, legal and sales team of the company.

Managing the operations counterpart to define product distribution requirements

Maintaining and managing MIS and act as a custodian of MIS
