Product Manager (Retail, Supply-Chain)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Solution Expert: Act as the subject-matter expert for business processes and / or solutions. You will have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of the product, driving delivery of both current solutions as well as helping to define the future of our product platform.
- Execute product strategy: Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, through product research, competitive benchmarking, roadmap & requirements development, and deployment.
- Development: Translate product strategy into detailed functional & technical design requirements, build use-cases and scenarios, process flows for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams along with rigorous testing of all features & functionalities.
- Customer Success: Responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of the solution while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction, and proactive management of client challenges.
- Pre-Sales support: Build and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional to support efforts in selling opportunities to existing and new clients.
- Stakeholder management: Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders / functional partners to collaborate on projects while developing a thorough understanding of their business processes and key challenges.
Ideal Candidate:- Overall, 4-6 years of experience.
- 4+ years in a fast-paced environment, preferably SaaS or Enterprise software.
- 2+ years of Product Management experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related fields or equivalent work experience.
- Proven expertise and demonstrated capabilities relative to fashion industry-specific processes and solution patterns, as well as adoption and change management considerations.
- Experience in working on Apparel PLM tools.
- Deep understanding of supply chain and common business metrics and the ability to generate new ones as needed.
- Demonstrable passion for solving customer problems, with a structured data driven approach while managing various competing initiatives and prioritizing accordingly.
