Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives and market requirements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential product opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology, to define product requirements, features, and pricing strategies.
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, concept development, market analysis, product design, and launch.
- Conduct feasibility studies and business case assessments to evaluate the viability and profitability of new product initiatives.
- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
- Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to the financial services industry, ensuring products adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Provide training and support to the Sales team, equipping them with the necessary product knowledge and assisting in driving effective product positioning and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute product-specific marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance product visibility and drive customer acquisition.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to gain insights, gather feedback, and enhance product offerings.
