Brief about the position - This position will be responsible for managing the roadmap, overseeing development & delivering on the product promise of our location marketing stack - Spotlight. The role is a cross functional management role working closely with engineering, delivery and business teams. As a product manager, the role will be responsible for the reporting & insights modules of the product. Reporting modules includes integrating & setting up insightful user friendly dashboards for drawing insights from large stream of data across thousands of hyper local campaigns on Google Ads Platform. The reporting dashboards are also expected to give signals for campaign optimization & management.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum education qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a reputable institute.
2. Post Graduate Degree in Management will be an advantage.
3. Total Work Experience of 7-10 Years majority of which should be spent in a product management / development/data analytics role. Stint in data analytics is a must for this role
4. Preferably, the above experience should be inclusive of 3+ years work experience in data analytics function.
5. Excellent analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills. The candidate should possess the ability to use information/data and various metrics to develop an informed and factual business case.
6. Knowledge & working experience on data visualisatin platforms like Tableau etc.
7. Excellent written & oral communication skills. The position is a managerial position and communication must be effective across various functions the role is supposed to align and work in tandem.
8. Extremely passionate about data analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. As a Product Manager, the position will be responsible to deliver on the product roadmap, product innovations & ultimately the performance of the product for clients marketing requirements.
2. Work closely with business analysts & delivery heads to get insights of campaign management converting them into feasible product features for improving client's performance.
3. Work closely with Engineering team to align them on the product vision, features & delivery of the product roadmap.
4. Participating in client meetings as a Product Expert on regular basis, take feedback and translate learnings into product enhancements.
Key Performance Indicators ( KPI's )
1) Booking to Delivered Advertising Expenditure Ratio.
2) Product performance
a) Clients KPI achievement against standard industry benchmarks.
b) Client Retention Rate.
3) Client NPS / Feedback - Quarterly Feedback from Clients & Delivery Team on product performance.
4) Partner Level KPI Achievement on Google's API usage.
