Business Group: Remittances (International Banking Group)

Grade: Manager

The applicant needs to be an MBA with 3-4 years experience in product management (preferably an online retail product).

Key Deliverables:

Product Management of the Bank's flagship inward remittance channel

- Maximize business through Existing Relationship Value enhancement

- Maximize business from New Acquired customers

- Customer Lifecycle management for enhancing channel stickiness and minimizing attrition

- Enhancing business through increased usage of high-margin value-added products

- Partner Customer service/ Operations team to build excellence in customer relationship management through standardized process and quality service across all channels of customer interface

- Streamlining /automation of processes/ service deliveries that positively influence customer experience
