We are looking for a Product Manager (E-Commerce) for a PropTech organisation based at Mumbai.
Responsibilities :
- Goal setting, PRD writing, managing project execution, A/B testing, defining product roll-out strategy
- Proven experience and passion for building great products
- Multiple successful products launch under your belt
- Has gotten hands dirty shipping features across various platforms (iOS, Android, and Web)
- 2+ years consumer internet product management experience

Eligibility :
- A min of 2+ years of product management experience with a sound understanding of complete product lifecycle is a must
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, while building extensible and scalable solutions
- Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces
- Passionate about design, aptitude for search, obsession with delightful user experience, and ability to bridge the online and offline world
- World class product vision, strategy, planning, development, and execution
- Strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creative problem solver. Able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
- Outcome-oriented. Not reactionary articulates the desired outcome and works collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
- Deep understanding of technical architecture for complex and highly scalable web and mobile applications
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively simplify and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Must have a great understanding and empathy for customers; must be a strong customer advocate
- Rigorous - asks hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots
- Passion for great design, you should know what works, what doesn't and why
- Must be willing to take ownership and drive the vision for a product.
