DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
- You will support the CMO through (a) scoping for local and global projects (b) IN locale-specific project management and (c) locale specific project implementation to deliver higher revenue growth.
- Your goal will be to drive the product based growth agenda and support the CMO in taking these projects from thought to reality.
- Company has planned an escalated growth curve both in terms of volume as well as resources - as such, you will be an integral part of this journey.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the Product projects agenda
- Business scoping for projects along with financial justification
- Prototyping of projects, and actively drive it to meet and exceed success parameters
- Effectively coordinate with cross functional team members to maximize efficiency
- Continuously analyze milestones / results and tweak testing initiatives and decisions based on data
- Participate in the localization of all learning and best practice for the Indian market
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1) EDUCATION: MBA
2) EXPERIENCE:
- 4 to 9 years experience in product development
- Solid understanding of innovation / product development principles
- Proactive and with a positive “can do” attitude
- Organized, detail oriented, and strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and drive for a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
- Comfortable in a competitive, high-performance target-driven environment
- Proficient in the use of MS-Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
3) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to react quickly in an ever-changing environment
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
