Description - The Product Manager plays a key role within the Data & Analytics team, owning solution development and leading the squad from high level proposal through to delivery. The Product Manager owns project budgets, timelines and designs and is the accountable person within the squad to the business.

Description :
Key accountabilities:
- As the product manager for Pricing, the person would be responsible for driving the product roadmap from the feature evolution as well as scale perspective.
- Assist the business in change impact assessments and liaise with the Data & Analytics Market Teams & Change leads on the ground to support the delivery of change management
- Oversee product functional/ non-functional design and ensure Capability Teams' members of the squad develop solutions which meet the business requirements
- Senior Stakeholder engagement - He/she will partner with CMI, NRM Center of Excellence, CSP, Category Teams and Business Groups, ensuring clear communication and partnership throughout the product management process
- Will lead the development of business requirements; cost estimates; and benefits identification to feed into the business case for the new product(s)
- Driving innovations - Have a deep understanding of Pricing and various dynamics that impact it (NMI, elasticity, list price, retail price, etc) in order to develop cutting edge solutions, enabling predictive & prescriptive analytics Lead best practice within the Pricing product manager community and collaborate with other related tools to enhance overall business value
- Develop; own; and manage all project budgets & timelines
- Budget and contract management - Manage the overall budget and contracts with vendors.
- Work with the BDL & Solution Factories to ensure project deliverables are appropriately costed &
scheduled in-line with project expectations
- Work with the D&A Market Deployment mgrs. to test solutions & functionality and land solutions in order to realise the benefits put forwards in the business case
- Own products developed in BAU and work with the D&A Market teams/ Solution Factory to ensure
DevOps requests are appropriately managed, budgeted and delivered
- Monitor BAU costs and work with solution factory to optimize them regularly
Profile:
Experience and qualifications required:
- 6-8 Years of relevant experience in CPG and Data & Analytics
- Deep understanding of CPG concepts and KPIs.
- Hands on experience in Data & Analytics
- Strong technical expertise to dissect data/analytics solutions and "know what good looks like"
- Strong demonstrated program management and delivery acumen
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Product design thinking experience to be able to translate the business requirements into a D&A product which leverages from Data & Technology to help deliver the business strategy
- Project mgmt. skills and ability to synchronize the planning & delivery of the D&A product with the delivery of the business strategy
- Have solid experience and "know-how" of Design Thinking, DevOps models, and managing Agile Scrum teams.
- Agile mindset and ability to plan the D&A product roadmap via consecutive Releases which align with key business needs.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates would preferably have an MBA or Master's Degree
