Product Manager - Cards

- Should have knowledge of RETAIL online payment products/services such as payment gateways and prepaid instruments.

- Should have knowledge of transaction processing, settlements and chargeback.

- In depth knowledge of payment gateway Certification Process.

- Results-driven project delivery management professional with proven track record in increasing quality, customer satisfaction and productivity.

- Extremely high skill in reconciliations - ability to cut quickly to the core reconciliation issue for team to handle and rectify.

- Ability to bridge technology and business goal to provide productive solutions.

- Experience in team management and project management including project planning and monitoring, resource planning and resource management.

- Should have Technical knowledge of system and process related to Prepaid Cards & Digital Wallet and should have the ability to guide the team.

- Segregate the various technology artifacts within the portfolio to determine the suitability aspect with regard to the business

- Define technology changes required to accommodate the Business process re-engineering.

- Mind set - Process oriented, efficiency/productivity driven, should be able to drive results with very small team sizes.

- Strong engagement experience with Payment Gateways & External vendors

Experience :

- Total experience of about 15 years, with at least 3-5 years in core Retail online payments/cards and Transaction processing, handling small teams.
