Location: Ahmedabad – Gujarat

Qualification: MBA from Premier B School ( Batch 2007, 2008, 2009)

Salary: Negotiable and competitive with the industry standard.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Launch of new Bill Plans/packs as per the market requirement to drive Gross Adds through various channels like Retail, EBU, NEB

2. To design and implement programs to drive usage and revenue – Rate Management, STD usage drive, ISD usage, Bill plan upgrade etc

3. Retention Management - Analysis of special tariff approval cases for EBU / Retail segment wrt to revenue impact and contribution

4. Co-ordination with Sales and Corporate for up-selling of Enterprise Solutions

5. Configuration and testing of tariff plans and promotions and overall management of BSCS

6. Co-ordination with various departments like Sales, SD, RA etc

7. Effective Communication of Product offerings/Tariff plans through SMS, USSD, OBD and Cell Broadcast

8. TRAI filing for tariffs

9. Website management and audit wrt to post-paid portfolio
