Role: PM Head - Platform Development

- Responsible for defining the specifications for a robust, scalable, future ready platform to deliver our product offerings.

- Also responsible for working on the feature enhancements on the platform on an ongoing basis to address the market needs

- Driving cross functional teams primarily engineering, content and insights to ensure that the platform requirements are delivered as per the expectations

- Work on gathering market intelligence such as competition mapping, assessing market potential on an ongoing basis

- Listen to the customers on an ongoing basis and work towards aligning our offerings to their expectations.

- Work closely with the business development team understand carrier specific requirements on ongoing basis and ensure that the same is getting addressed

Skills & Competencies:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- 5+ years of experience in product management. Working in a product organization will be a big plus

- Passionate about exploring and experimenting with the latest technologies and emerging standards

Following soft skills are a must :

- Communication skills

- Should be able to articulate well

- Follow up diligently
