We are hiring Product Manager - Platform for one of the fastest growing startups in the region on our target to reach 10X base by the end of 2021. We are now looking for a Product Manager who can scale our product from here rapidly across geographies.

- This role is responsible for setting up and driving Client's Platform Roadmap covering Integrations with external partners(Delivery partners, Point of Sale partners, Payment Gateways, etc.) across APAC markets and scaling internal systems to support platform growth.

- You will be responsible for the success of Platform business solving challenges for a diverse user base to drive platform growth. The position holder would work across stakeholder groups across APAC including external partner, business leaders, Tech Team to create tech team.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and lead the product vision and strategy for Platform Business

- Understand the jobs to be done for the platform, synthesize those needs to shape the product roadmap for a suite of platform products, and define key metrics

- Integrate and streamline our Integration ecosystem so that priorities are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders

- Scope out, document, & align technological requirements for Platform. Communicate and coordinate on a daily basis with the relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

- Collaborate with Designers to set up Onboarding for all new integrations and work with Developers to implement them across our system. Who will be ideal for this role?

- 3+ years of development experience in backend technologies and integration, with a Bachelor's degree in Customer Science.

- Any experience as a hands-on developer on integration projects, liaising with external partners from Payments/POS/other industry, along with managing a team of developers, will be a plus.

- Understand various APIs and can interpret various Integrations from an effort and time estimate perspective to guide the team in terms of scheduling deliverables

- Able to multitask and handle multiple priorities at the same time, in terms of urgency and criticality.

- Desired Tech Stack: Good knowledge of PHP, Java, Node.js, MySQL. Knowledge of .net is optional (good to have).
