Product Manager - Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical Domain

We are currently looking for a Product Manager for a fast-growing Healthcare and Nutraceuticals Startup. The position is to be based at Gurgaon.

Our client is a fast-growing Healthcare and Nutraceuticals Startup which is part of one of the topmost specialty chemicals MNC in India and is an integrated and diversified group. With a market capitalization of over US $ 20 billion and a turnover of US $ 10 billion, It has a diversified product portfolio of strong brands and leading market shares in all product categories.

Job Details :

Product Manager will report directly to CMO - Pharma business.

Key responsibilities :

- Understand product category trends across channels.

- Understand consumer requirements and insights from products.

- Analyze sales trend across channels into product sub categories.

- Co-ordination and interaction with R&D for development of new offers and innovations and bringing them to market.

- Execute product specific actions/ initiates.

- Plan channel wise initiates for focus products.

Candidate profile :

Qualification : MBA with Relevant experience in pharma/ nutraceuticals industry

- 3-5 years of Product Management/ B2B sales experience.

Job Location : Gurgaon / Manesar

Salary : Best among the industry (Should Range around Rs.14.0-15.0 Lpa)
