- Create marketing strategy to drive business growth and performance
- Create Marketing Campaigns to generate product demand and maintain tracking mechanisms to monitor performance and maintain MIS
- Customer segmentation to drive adoption of products
- Manage the commercial performance of Endovascular Business- Revenue, Units, market share and profitability.
- Optimize allocated A&P spend by selecting appropriate vendor and agencies for marketing inputs and strategy
- Conduct cycle meeting and training program for field force on marketing strategy
- Visit customers to check implementation of campaign & take corrective actions
- Develop MIS to capture market data and measure market share; Drive compliance
- Demand Planning and Forecasting of products
- Create patient pull for therapy products which can benefit from it
