Our client, a leading pharma organisation is currently looking out for Product Manager (Male candidates only) for their main pharma division. Please go through below details:

Main division: This division generally involves general pharma products like antibiotics, gastro, ortho, cough and cold, gynaec and so on.

1.Job Title: Product Manager

Location: Mumbai

Department: Marketing : Main Division

Team Size: 4

Reports To: Senior Manager-Marketing

2.Job Summary:

a. Preparation of Brand plans

b. Brand Plans and Brand management.

c. Attending cycle meetings

d. Support to field for building brands with inputs, campaigns and activities

e. Ensuring execution and implementation

f. New product launch within his/.her therapy area

3.Qualification

- B.Pharma ,MBA or pharma management degree

Work experience: 3-5 years in which 3 years in PMT in pharma/ healthcare or life sciences company

4. Key Deliverables:

- Brand equity

- Brand target achievement for focused brands

5. Major Challenges(in the company/department):

- Willingness to travel for field work.

- Aggressive brand managers

- go-getters
