Job Description - Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your key responsibility areas include:
- Developing the brand strategy and Media Plan which includes designing promotional mix for the product , conceptualizing and designing the inputs for the field, collecting and reporting information on competitor's activities, Advertising control, Market study for insight into activity/ strategy implementation including Market research and market development projects time to time to increase the market share of the brand.
- Driving implementation of the plan which includes:
- Planning & ensuring implementation of the marketing campaigns, Planning and initiating activities like PMS, CMEs, Doctor Programs, patient initiation/ contact programmes, working with medical closely in providing the medical inputs to doctors/ field staffing.
- Liaisoning with the sales force for all activities, symposia congress, various association meetings and marketing inputs Co-ordination with the purchase department for procurement and timely delivery of marketing and other inputs.
- Liaisoning with purchase, training and medical dept for timely approvals of the medical content of the marketing inputs.
The Successful Candidate - You are a BPharm/Science graduate with MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Pharmaceutical Management from a top tier B school. You should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management within a particular therapy area. You posses great analytical skills and data interpretation techniques. You have an in depth market knowledge, ready to accept market complexity, willing to set direction & strategy and can drive performance to achieve the desired goal.
