Product Manager - Pharma/Healthcare

Position : Product Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Qualification Required : MBA

Role & Responsibilities :

- Provide leadership to the Vision correction business and substantially grow and increase proportion of Lasik, ICL, Optical & Contact Lens business from the current levels.

- Define overall strategy for business and drive targeted revenue and gross margin.

- Responsible for Innovation,pricing, product mix, product portfolio, and promotion for the suite of products.

- Develop and drive marketing programs including patient acquisition, ATL and BTL to drive and sustain the vision correction business across centers.

- Drive product training to deliver excellent - patient experience

- Collaborate with Operations (Sales) team to improve execution and results of the Vision Correction business.
