Job Description-

Strategy Development & Execution

- Establish assigned brands as the most preferred consumer choice in applicable segments

- Develop and execute a rolling marketing calendar

- Conceptualize and execute communication plans to create brand recall and actively engage consumers through a prudent mix of ATL and BTL activities

- Understand customer needs and market dynamics

- Work closely with Regional Managers and the sales force to ensure alignment of regional marketing requirements with corporate marketing agenda

- Develop relevant promotional strategies for consumers

- Design and execute attractive promotional schemes for channel partners

- Understand market and consumer feedback by leveraging internal and external data sources and present insights for future developments

Consumer Connect

- Plan and execute on-going programs for better consumer connect especially focusing on the youth segment

- Execute market development activities effectively to capture greater market in applicable segments

Creativity & Innovation

- Partner with creative agencies to develop effective modes of communication for brand promotion both within stores and outdoors

- Partner with merchandising agencies to develop resources for reaching out to consumer

Self Development

- Keep abreast with latest industry trends and research

- Understand competency framework and Values and demonstrate in day to day operations

- Take ownership of personal development and maximize career opportunities

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Sales achievement to target

- Market share for assigned brands

- Spend monitoring and overall brand profitability

- Customer engagement activities

Education:

- MBA in Marketing from a premier institute (Required)

Experience:

- 4 years of experience (2 years Sales experience a must have)

- Sales and product management experience in FMCG/ Consumer Products/ Telecom/ Liquor/ Beverages and other relavant industries
