Product Manager - Petrochemical

1. Role will be to know all about product & its application. This includes Raw Materials, their concentration, Physical & chemical properties of RM as well as finished goods, list of approved Raw material vendors & their specifications, product evaluation criteria, competitor/ alternate supplier chemistry codes & their specifications, Raw Material price trends, product performance in lab & its comparison with plant, chemical - chemical & chemical - material interaction matrix preparation etc.

2. Learning of refinery & Petrochemical processes to support sales team.

3. Developing & Maintaining database on share point.

4. Co-ordination with R&D, costing & Regulatory department.

5. Defining product need to R&D based on market survey/ demand & co-ordinating with them to roll out suitable product in timely manner.

6. Preparing sales literature like Product data sheets, lab reports, field trial reports, presentations, etc.

7. Rationalization of existing products
