Role: Product Manager - Personal Loan

Grade: Chief Manager

Location: Mumbai

The incumbent shall manage Personal Loans and Business Loans product and be responsible for P&L. The scope of job would involve leading marketing activities, product development, sales process design, implementation and P&L.

Key Deliverable -

- Liaise with Sales team, Design and implement relevant product offerings / programs to drive disbursement volumes.

- Develop customer communication, marketing initiatives to achieve business goals

- Analyze the market, portfolio to identify potential opportunities

- Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations, Underwriting team on designing and implementation of processes to reduce TAT and increase customer satisfaction.

- Track competition, industry metrics, forecasts and qualitative market data for different segments

- Liaison with support groups including business intelligence unit, legal, operations and technology to ensure your strategy is understood and executed

Key Skills & Competencies

- MBA from tier 1/2 institute with 6-12 years of Product / Sales experience in Personal Loans or other Asset products

- Sound knowledge of marketing concepts

- Excellent Communication & relationship management skills

- Ability to assume independent responsibility
