1. Build a superior B2B payments offering for SMBs with economic, error-free transaction execution, data led analytics, support to practical use cases like bulk payments and seamless user journeys. In house tech and domain team will support the CM
2. Source and Manage alliances (Banks, Gateways) for the offering to be made available on the platform
3. Build user journeys and product features for offering with focus on solving pain points with detailed customer validation
4. Liaison with other verticals to optimize functionalities, product offerings & offer a superior experience
5. Train Delivery teams with product pitches, seller activation etc.
6. Benchmark competition offerings continuously & exhaustively
7. Design P&L Model & GTM strategy for the offering
8. Identify and evaluate acquisition targets in this space
