Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence and Product Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies for product differentiation.
- Engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Product Development and Lifecycle Management:
- Conceptualize and design innovative product solutions that meet market demands.
- Create detailed product specifications, including features prioritization and justification.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure optimal user experience and workflows.
- Oversee product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients to drive product adoption.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and client teams
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies for product updates and releases.
- Present product vision and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Skill Development:
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team of 10+ members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and results-driven performance.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Align team goals with overall product and organizational objectives.
Technology and Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in the payments sector.
- Contribute to technology architecture discussions and solution design.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payment flows, including network-based transactions and UPI.
- Leverage technical insights to drive product enhancements and innovations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of successful product delivery with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Extensive experience in developing and scaling consumer-facing technology applications.
- Deep understanding of the payments industry and related technology stacks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
