Opening for Product Manager-(Bharat Bill Payments Products) in a leading Bank for Kolkata location

DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER (GRADE : SM / Manager)

(Team - Digital Banking)

Primary Role & Responsibilities

- Develop future roadmap and strategy for the digitization of the Bank existing and new product offering.

- Conceptualize innovations and product development, seek business & cost approvals from senior management for the same.

- Develop, manage and oversee execution of all product development/enhancement projects including approvals of BRDs, FSD's and other stakeholder approvals

- Manage over all relationship with internal stakeholders like various Business Heads, IT, Information Security, Risk, Compliance etc. for product development

- Deep Knowledge of Bharat Bill Payments Products

- Proven leadership skill with team handling experience

- Good Communication & Writing Skills (Must)

Core Skills & Qualifications

- MBA from reputed college. Digital Banking certifications would be an added advantage

- Overall experience of 4+ years preferably in the BFSI/ Payment domain with specific BBPS issuance and acquiring experience

- Have in depth experience in setting up BBPS Business of Bank from issuance & Acquiring side

- Have worked in designing and building BBPS acquiring business of the Bank including third party partnership & integration

- Experience and solid understanding of digital design/UX principles, prototyping/wire framing tools, design principles etc.

- Experience in conceptualizing and releasing successful products in mobility & online domain both for retail & corporate users

- Strong understanding of all financial products and services
